Yes. There's no cap on team size and no per-seat fee. You can segment delivery rules by office location, set different default cake preferences per location, and manage everything from a single dashboard. Each office city just needs to be in our service area.

Campaigns send a cake to your entire team on a date you choose, great for company milestones, holidays, or a strong quarter. One-time deliveries are for a single person on any occasion: a promotion, a tough week, a new hire. Both are fully managed.

Yes. Cake Outreach is built for that. You upload a list of contacts, pick a cake, add a card message, and we deliver. No company account needed on their end. Many teams use it before sales calls or to re-engage dormant accounts.

Employees enter their own address via a private, unique link. HR never sees it. The address is encrypted at rest with AES-256, used only for that delivery, and purged from our systems once delivery is confirmed. We never sell or share it.

Yes. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant. Access to employee data is role-restricted, all actions are audit-logged, and employees can permanently opt out at any time. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.

When an employee gets their address link, there's a clear opt-out option. If they opt out, no order is ever placed for them and their preference is stored permanently. They won't be asked again unless they re-enroll themselves.

Every cake is baked by a vetted local bakery partner, not a national chain or a fulfillment warehouse. Orders are placed 72 hours in advance so the bakery has time to prepare fresh. We don't ship frozen cakes across the country.

If a delivery attempt fails, we automatically try again within 24 hours. If the second attempt also fails, we issue a full refund and flag it in your dashboard so you can follow up.

Absolutely. Employees can enter their office address instead of a home address, or you can set a company-wide default delivery address for all in-office employees. You control that in the Settings page under Delivery.

Pricing depends on the cake, size, and your city. Most deliveries fall between $65–$130. There are no monthly fees, no seat fees, and no minimums. You only pay when a cake is successfully delivered. See the Pricing page for full details.

No contract, no minimum, no lock-in. You can pause, skip individual deliveries, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Your card is charged only after we receive confirmed delivery from the courier, not when the order is placed. You'll get an itemized receipt for every delivery by email.
