We started Cake in the Loop with a simple belief: workplaces should be exciting, and the people in them deserve to feel celebrated. Employee birthdays were the obvious place to start — but the problem ran deeper than that.
Companies were losing customers, missing chances to delight clients, and watching team culture slip — not from lack of care, but from lack of a system. Remembering to reach out, to celebrate, to show up — it kept falling through the cracks.
So we built one. Cake in the Loop handles employee birthdays, internal celebrations, customer outreach, and client retention — all automated, all under your company's name. We work with a diverse range of companies that share one thing: they want their culture to mean something.
